We’re looking for someone to build and run our content properly.

This is a brand new role at Kama Gear. There’s no big team, no rigid structure — just a clear goal:

Grow our community and get people genuinely tuning in to watch our food adventures.

We want to document proper cooks, new ideas, behind the scenes, big launches — not just polished product posts.

What you’ll be doing

• Shooting and editing short-form content (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts)
• Creating longer You Tube videos people actually want to watch
• Filming cook sessions, product breakdowns and real-world use
• Coming up with ideas that don’t look like every other BBQ brand
• Posting consistently and learning what works
• Helping build a proper content engine from scratch

Spring and summer are busy — expect longer days when we’re filming or launching. You’ll take that time back in the quieter winter months.

We’re a growing business, so everyone pulls their weight. That means occasionally helping in the warehouse or covering other areas when needed.

You’ll need to be

• A self-starter
• Confident filming and editing independently
• Strong with Adobe (Premiere Pro essential — After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom ideal)
• Comfortable building something without being micromanaged
• Able to commute to Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire

Fresh out of uni is fine. Natural talent is fine. What matters is that you can actually create content that people want to watch.
