Contract:

- Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service
- Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
- Putting training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services
- Working in a fast‑paced environment processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately
- Working together as a team to drive performance, deliver excellence and celebrate success together
- Following company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track
- Great communicator with a passion for customer service
- Actively listens to understand customer needs and creates a fantastic customer experience
- Positive, can‑do attitude where no challenge is too big and a desire to make a difference each day
