Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable independent service centre located in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. Our client is committed to investing in their staff and offers a supportive working environment within a family-run business. The Service Advisor role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to develop their career in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Salary up to £36,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Rota'd Saturday mornings

• Welcome customers and manage front desk operations efficiently
• Handle incoming calls and organise service bookings
• Act as the key link between customers and workshop technicians
• Liaise with customers regarding ongoing work and job progress
• Order parts and update relevant systems accordingly
• Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a busy and sometimes high-pressure environment
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail
• Capable of building rapport with customers and workshop staff alike
