Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced and motivated individual to their close‑knit team.

This is a varied position within a small and collaborative practice where your input will have a direct impact on projects and the wider business.

You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, including:

• Site appraisals and feasibility studies
• Pre‑application and planning submissions
• Liaising with planning authorities and stakeholders
• Detailed technical drawing packages
• Construction and building regulation compliance
• Supporting projects through to delivery on site

This role offers genuine variety, autonomy, and the chance to broaden your experience across planning and technical design.

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience with in the residential sector
• Knowledge of low‑rise residential construction methods, including masonry and timber frame
• Understanding of Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and planning processes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage varied workloads and work collaboratively within a small team

• Sketch Up experience
• Photoshop experience
