Junior Architectural Technician (BBBH

Salary: GBP 28,000 – GBP 32,000 per annum + Training + Progression + Company benefits.
We are looking for an Architectural Technician or similar with a background in AutoCAD. Our tight‑knit practice offers support in long‑term career development through ongoing training and mentorship.
Job description- Creating drawings using AutoCAD.
- Shadowing and assisting with the entire design process (RIBA stages 0‑6).
- Involved in all areas of design work, including detailing and conceptualising using AutoCAD, communication with clients and stakeholders, and working on planning applications and building regulations.
- Working on residential planning projects from new builds, conversions and extensions across the local region.
- Managing residential designs from concept to completion (RIBA stages 0‑6) including site visits.
- Junior Architectural Technician or similar.
- Background using AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Building Regulations.
- Commutable to Leighton Buzzard.
