We are looking for an Architectural Technician or similar with a background in AutoCAD. Our tight‑knit practice offers support in long‑term career development through ongoing training and mentorship.

Job description

Creating drawings using AutoCAD.
Shadowing and assisting with the entire design process (RIBA stages 0‑6).
Involved in all areas of design work, including detailing and conceptualising using AutoCAD, communication with clients and stakeholders, and working on planning applications and building regulations.
Working on residential planning projects from new builds, conversions and extensions across the local region.
Managing residential designs from concept to completion (RIBA stages 0‑6) including site visits.

Requirements

Junior Architectural Technician or similar.
Background using AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Building Regulations.
Commutable to Leighton Buzzard.
