Learning Support Assistant
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Work type: Full‑Time Temp‑Perm
Salary: £100–£120 per day
Start date: September 2026
The Role- Work both 1:1 and small groups.
- Support children with Learning & Behaviour Difficulties and Autism.
- Deliver a variety of activities and lessons alongside the class teacher.
- Report back to class teacher on students' progress.
- Temp‑Perm role.
- Experience working with Special Education Needs.
- A transferable background such as care, social work, psychology graduate.
- Keen to learn and passionate about working with children with learning difficulties.
- Caring and supportive by nature.
- Able to build rapport with pupils and staff.
- A child & adult DBS currently on the update service (or willing to obtain one).
