Your Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and personalised lessons to pupils with varying SEN requirements.
Adapt teaching approaches to maximise engagement and progress.
Encourage independence, communication, and emotional wellbeing.
Collaborate with support staff and external agencies.
Build strong relationships that help pupils flourish both inside and outside the classroom.
What Makes You a Great Fit?

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience with in SEN or a strong desire to move into specialist education.
A patient, empathetic, and creative approach to teaching.
Strong classroom management skills.
