We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Complex Care Assistant to support our client in their home in Leighton Buzzard. This role focuses on supporting the client’s medical and social well‑being, fostering independence, and providing high‑quality, attentive care.

• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilator support
• Catheter care
• Personal care
• Meal and drink preparation
• Shopping
• Light cleaning and laundry
• Transport the client to appointments and visits

A full UK driving licence is required to drive the client’s car for appointments and day‑out activities. No prior complex care experience is necessary, as on‑the‑job nursing‑led training and ongoing clinical support will be provided.
