Your Role Our Talent Acquisition Specialists are responsible for delivering strategic, high-quality hiring solutions that build exceptional teams and strengthen Safran's position as an employer of choice. Focused on our Engineering job families, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support all Safran businesses in the UK across roles in R&D, R&T and Engineering. By partnering with business leaders, optimizing recruitment processes, and championing candidate experience, these roles ensure Safran attracts, engages, and retains top talent to fuel innovation and growth across all UK sites.

This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will have a fixed base at our Pitstone with an on-site requirement of at least one day per week.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for approximately 50 hires per year, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and agree recruitment plans.
• Build strong talent pipelines through targeted sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives
• Act as a subject matter expert for recruitment within your perimeter, providing insights on market trends, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience enhancements
• Ensure quality and accuracy of data in our ATS for requisitions, reporting, and candidate communications
