Support Engineer

Overview

Our client is looking for a Support Engineer to join a high-growth organization. Duration:
Permanent.

• Provide technical support and expertise related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other related Microsoft technologies.
• Engage in test management, non-functional testing, and automated testing as applicable.
• Support cloud technologies where relevant.
• Leverage relevant Microsoft certifications when available.
• Eager to learn and build skills; understand and adapt communication and processes to align with organizational culture.
• Demonstrate effective time management, organization, execution, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Core, MB-300; MB-310;
  Dynamics 365;
  Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to tailor communication to different stakeholders.
