Business, Operations, HR & Compliance Manager

Southcott Lower School is recruiting a business, operations, HR and compliance manager to oversee the school's non‑teaching operations. The role covers finance, admissions and marketing, premises, HR, administration, ICT, the lunchtime team and health and safety, and is central to day‑to‑day school operations. Candidates need strong financial management and HR process experience, with a preference for an educational setting, and must be able to lead teams while also working within one.
