kolt recruitment are looking for a Paint Sprayer to join a reputable independent dealership based in Leighton Buzzard. This role is ideal for an experienced vehicle refinisher who can deliver high-quality paintwork in a fast-paced, well-equipped workshop.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare vehicles and panels for paint, including masking, sanding, and priming

* Mix and match paint colours accurately to manufacturer standards

* Apply paint using spray guns and booth equipment to achieve a flawless finish

* Carry out refinishing, polishing, and rectification work as required

* Work efficiently to meet workshop productivity targets

* Maintain paint room cleanliness, stock levels, and compliance procedures

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer within a dealership or bodyshop

* Strong understanding of paint systems, colour matching, and refinishing techniques

* Ability to work independently and produce high-quality finishes

* Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach

* Full UK driving licence
