Job Title:

Salary: £50,654- £57,319 per annum including late-shift premium
CNC Turner & Programmer Essential Experience- Proven experience programming, setting and operating 2-axis CNC turning machines
- Strong working knowledge of G-code programming.
- Confident completing the full machine set-up from engineering drawing to finished component, including material, tooling, speeds, feeds and cutting conditions.
- Able to edit and optimise existing programs where required.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, geometric tolerances, surface finishes and in-process inspection.
- Experience producing one-off and low-to-medium-volume precision components in a range of hard and soft metals.
- Confident working on parts from approximately Ø25 mm x 100 mm up to Ø300 mm x 3 m.
- Hoist training is provided.
£50,654-£57,319 per annum including late-shift premium
- Four-day week:
Monday-Wednesday 4.30 pm-3.30 am;
Thursday 4.30 pm-1.00 am. - Late-shift premium paid at time plus one third.
- 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays, plus additional Christmas shutdown holiday.
