• Perform treatment room duties, including wound care, venipuncture, and vaccinations.
• Conduct chronic disease reviews, managing conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical governance standards.

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in primary care or community nursing.
• Competence in treatment room procedures and chronic disease management.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Hourly rate: £25-£30 per hour.
• Flexible full-time or part-time hours.
