Retail Supervisor

Overview

40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Retail Supervisor in Leighton Buzzard

• Supporting: stepping in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and engaging the team, and coaching the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in: checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
• Delivering great service: providing a great customer experience with a smile, while coaching the team to do the same.
• Asking questions and building relationships: ensuring customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
• Building a fun working environment: maintaining product availability and high branch standards, making the branch a place people enjoy coming to work.

• Hard work and passion. You don’t need retail experience; focus on delivering great service and we’ll teach the rest.
• A love of teamwork. Be happy to muck in and get your hands dirty.
• A positive attitude. Ensure customers have a great experience in our branch.
