Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to show your retail management experience by driving sales and improving the store’s performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.

• Lead and develop a retail team to deliver outstanding customer service and store standards.
• Drive sales and improve store performance to consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure colleagues are trained to a high standard and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary.
• Manage change initiatives and maintain momentum to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate a significant retail operation with a strong focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum of 18 months experience in a similar high-pressure, customer-focused role.
• Proven track record of achieving results and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills with a coaching management style: clear, open, and honest.
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to get the best from a team.
