Butcher - Leighton Buzzard

We are looking for a butcher to join a high end butchery operation in the Leighton Buzzard/Milton Keynes area. Due to location a car driver would be preferred as there are no local transport links.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 4am to 2pm with a hour for lunch. (some flexibility on hours possible)

Your primary task will be to debone beef from the carcass as well as lamb, and handle all aspects of butchery for this premium brand. The company provide all knives etc.

The company is willing to look at individuals with varying amounts of experience from 2 years up to a Master Butcher (salary could be in excess of advertised figure).

The salary is dependent upon background ranging from £35000 - £45000pa.
