Find Core are thrilled to be assisting an established electrical wholesale business with the recruitment of a Business Development Manager (Electrical). Permanent, full-time position based in Redditch . Salary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new and existing business accounts across the local area Proactively identify and approach potential customers Generate new business through telephone prospecting and face-to-face sales activity Build strong, long-term relationships with trade and commercial customers Identify opportunities to increase sales across existing accounts Present products confidently and provide customers with suitable solutions Work closely with the wider branch team to achieve sales targets Manage your own pipeline, prospects and customer activity Represent the business professionally when visiting customers Requirements:
Previous experience within sales, business development or account management Strong new-business development and cold-calling ability Confident meeting and presenting to customers face-to-face Excellent telephone and communication skills Proven ability to build and maintain commercial relationships Target-driven, ambitious and comfortable working independently Electrical wholesale or wider wholesale experience would be highly advantageous Full UK driving licence required Benefits:
