This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard-working Dumper/Roller Drivers looking to secure long term work and be part of one of the UKs largest infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in the delivery of this major infrastructure project, working within a safe, high-performing and collaborative environment.
Pay Rate: £22.32 per hour CIS
Hours:
Monday - Friday 7am-5pm + overtime potential
Start Date:
ASAP
No lodge or travel pay for this role, accommodation can be provided for successful candidates depending on their location.
As a Dumper/Roller Driver your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-Operating forward machinery safely and efficiently across an active construction site
-Hauling and tipping earth, stone, aggregates and spoil to designated locations
-Supporting groundworks and other teams as directed
-Conducting pre-start checks and reporting mechanical issues to plant fitters or supervisors
-Working in coordination with banksmen, 360 operators, and other plant operatives
-Maintaining awareness of pedestrians, vehicles and plant movements in a busy, high-risk environment
To be considered for this role, you must have:
-CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo)
-Proven experience in these roles
-Understanding of plant safety protocols and on-site traffic coordination
