This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard-working Ground workers looking to secure long term work and be part of one of the UKs largest infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in the delivery of this major infrastructure project, working within a safe, high-performing and collaborative environment.
Pay Rate: £20.05 per hour CIS
Hours:
Monday - Friday 7am-5pm + overtime potential
Start Date:
ASAP
No lodge or travel pay for this role, accommodation can be provided for successful candidates depending on their location.
As a Groundworker your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
General groundworks including trenching, ducting, drainage and kerb laying
Supporting plant operations
Setting out levels and assisting with laser and dumpy levels
Ensuring safe working practices are maintained at all times on a regulated site
Collaborating with teams to meet daily productivity and safety goals
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Valid CSCS card (Blue skilled worker preferred)
Proven background in general and civil groundworks on large infrastructure or commercial sites
Experience with drainage systems and external works (kerbing, edging, surfacing)
Working knowledge of health and safety in a high-risk environment
Multi-skilled (ability to assist with plant, formwork, or steel fixing)
