Site Supervisor - Heavy Civils / Bulk Earthworks

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to work on a major HS2 infrastructure project in Aylesbury.
We're looking for a proven civils supervisor with extensive bulk earthworks experience on major civils/infrastructure projects.
The RoleYou will be responsible for supervising site activities across major earthworks and associated civils packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
Requirements- Extensive bulk earthworks experience on major civils projects - essential
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within heavy civils
- Gold CSCS Supervisor Card - essential
- SSSTS - essential
- CAT & Genny experience
- Safety Critical Medical - essential
- Strong understanding of RAMS, permits and site safety
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous HS2 or major infrastructure experience highly desirable
- Major HS2 infrastructure project
- Long‑term work in Aylesbury
- Immediate requirement
- Opportunity to work on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects
