We are looking for 2 experienced Site Engineers with a strong earthworks and GPS background for a long-term civil engineering scheme near Leiston, Suffolk.
This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with experience delivering large-scale earthworks, highways or infrastructure packages.
Duties will include:- * Setting out and surveying large-scale earthworks
- * Working with GPS-enabled plant and machine control systems
- * Setting levels, profiles and formation levels
- * Producing as-built surveys
- * Volume and level checks
- * Checking drawings and coordinating with construction teams
- * Assisting with QA and technical documentation
- * Working closely with earthworks supervisors and site management
- * Strong knowledge of GPS surveying and machine control
- * Experience with Leica, Trimble or Topcon systems advantageous
- * Major civils, highways or infrastructure experience
