HSE Managers & HSE Advisors – Tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor
Immediate Starts | Long-Term Projects | Accommodation & Excellent Packages Available
We are working with a leading Tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK and are looking to recruit:
* 2 x HSE Managers
* 2 x HSE Advisors
These are immediate starts on long-term flagship civil engineering projects, offering excellent career progression, competitive packages, and accommodation where required.
The Role
You will play a key role in driving health, safety and environmental standards across large-scale infrastructure works, ensuring compliance while promoting a positive safety culture throughout the project.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and enforce HSE compliance across site operations.
* Carry out site inspections, audits and safety tours.
* Produce reports, investigations and corrective actions.
* Support operational teams with risk assessments and method statements.
* Deliver toolbox talks and site briefings.
* Ensure compliance with all current HSE legislation and company procedures.
* Work closely with project teams to continually improve site safety performance.
Requirements
* Previous experience on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
* NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (minimum).
* Relevant HSE qualifications (NVQ/Diploma desirable).
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Tier 1 contractor experience is highly desirable.
