Volker Fitzpatrick is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team delivering works on the Sizewell C project, one of the UK's most significant infrastructure developments. This is a key commercial role where you will support the successful delivery of major construction packages, ensuring effective cost control, contract administration, value optimisation, and robust commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Working within a collaborative project environment, you will play an important part in the delivery of this landmark project About you Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4 preferred) Experience in subcontract management and cost reporting Strong analytical and negotiation skills Ability to build relationships across multidisciplinary teams Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or commercial management Progressing towards or already achieved RICS/ICES chartership If your past experience doesn't match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
