Key Responsibilities
Lead project controls activities across a major programme area
Produce and maintain accurate cost forecasts aligned to CBS/WBS
Ensure integrity of project controls data within key systems
Deliver high-quality reporting with clear performance insights
Review and challenge estimating assumptions and risks
Support scenario planning and estimating workshops
Collaborate with risk and project teams to improve data integration
Engage contractors to assess risks and opportunities
Present insights at programme and board-level reviews
Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree in project management, engineering, or related field
Strong experience in project controls environments
Advanced expertise in estimating tools and methodologies
Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex data
Experience with systems such as Eco Sys, P6, or similar
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions
Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects desirable
Nuclear or regulated industry experience beneficial
Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
