L2 Intune and packaging SME - SC

We are seeking an Intune SME to support enterprise tablet device management within Microsoft Intune. The role focuses on device enrolment and configuration, application deployment and packaging, and ensuring compliance, security, and optimisation of tablet solutions.

• Manage and administer Microsoft Intune for enterprise tablet devices, including enrolment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines.
• Design, package, test, and deploy applications to mobile and endpoint devices using Intune, ensuring seamless delivery and minimal disruption to users.
• Monitor device health, compliance, and performance, proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues related to device management, policies, and application deployments.
• Implement and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions to secure corporate data across tablet environments.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to enforce conditional access, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Optimise Intune policies and processes, introducing automation and best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Support end‑user onboarding and device lifecycle management, including provisioning, updates, and decommissioning of tablet devices.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to support ongoing operations and continuous improvement.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and MDM/MAM management.
• Proven expertise in application packaging and deployment (Win
  32, LOB apps, MSIX), including testing, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of security best practices, including Conditional Access, device compliance, and endpoint protection within MEM/Endpoint Manager.
• Experience managing tablet/mobile environments (iOS/Android/Windows), with strong troubleshooting skills and ability to support enterprise‑scale deployments.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and co‑management with Intune.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation using Power Shell for device management and application deployment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and integration with Intune for enhanced security posture.
• Experience working in regulated or SC‑cleared environments with understanding of governance, compliance, and ITIL processes.
