The Roger Bacon Academy is seeking an Academic Coach for the school year to lead instructional improvement across grades 4-8 in ELA, Latin, and History. This 11-month position supports teachers, deans, and administrators in achieving mission-driven goals.
Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree or equivalent, extensive classroom experience, and evidence of success in applying Direct Instruction methods. Travel between campuses may be required.
