Caregiver (PCA/CNA) Monday-Friday at Avid Health at Home

Join our team as paraprofessional members of the client care team to provide selected personal care services and limited related household tasks as part of the client’s plan of care.

• Activities of Daily Living (ADL): bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and transfers
• Incontinent care
• Assistance with exercises or walking
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship
• Errands and grocery shopping

• Monday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Education:
  
  High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience:
  
  Caregiving experience preferred (1 year)
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate with clients, their families, and other care providers
• Confident working independently
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Willingness to use computerized systems and technology

• Weekly pay plus Tapcheck
• Flexible schedules
• Shift differential for Weekdays 7 PM – 7 AM and all weekend hours
