Customer Service Representative, Full or Part Time

Position type:
Part-time or Full-time depending on availability. Flexible shift availability. We offer a variety of benefits and opportunities for growth.

• Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
• Work with the store’s food program when needed and maintain store appearance to standards.
• Provide fast and friendly service in a dynamic store environment and collaborate with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.

• Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care.
• Strong communication and friendly conversation skills.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while having fun and working as part of a team.
• Problem solving and the ability to generate ideas to improve customer experience.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn.

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects; may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials and place/remove signs.
