Part Time Bagger

Job Description

This is a part‑time position. Your primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying each customer’s needs, exceeding their expectations, and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience. This requires following correct bagging procedures, providing carry‑out and parcel pickup service, loading merchandise into customer vehicles, and returning shopping carts to the store.

• Associates must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
• Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates who only speak English.
• Ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Complete company’s training, including but not limited to new‑hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge.
