Tar Heel Basement Systems, a Groundworks company, is seeking talented Outside Sales Representatives to join their team in Wilmington, NC.

Our Outside Sales Representatives, called Certified Field Inspectors (CFIs), are key to our success. CFIs partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend solutions through foundation repair and water management services.

• Travel within the sales territory for in-home inspections
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm leads
• Diagnose issues and educate homeowners, providing solution options
• Estimate repairs and prepare proposals
• Close sales in the home
• Maintain customer relationships and track sales pipeline

• Full-time position
• Remote and onsite work, reporting to and working from the branch
• Service within the designated territory
• Reliable transportation required

• 1-2 years sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience in commission-driven, B2C, or in-home sales is a plus
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance and customer satisfaction
