Sr. Inside Sales Representative

This role is an experienced inside sales position responsible for supporting telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. The position serves as the company’s front line of contact with the customer, aiming to understand equipment needs, negotiate and place orders while providing a professional and customer‑focused service. Additional responsibilities include supporting equipment dispatch logistics and training other team members.

• Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.
• Provide strong administrative support and deliver customer satisfaction with a professional attitude.
• Assist with logistics of dispatching equipment delivery and train other team members.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience or a 4‑year degree plus 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required by the job.

Base Pay Range: $22.85 - $27.13 per hour (pay may vary based on location, education, training, and experience).
