Rytec Electric is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Field Coordinator / Electrician to lead wire installation crews and ensure code-compliant, high-quality electrical installations for residential new construction projects. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician with strong leadership skills who is looking to step into a management-oriented field position within a fast-growing electrical company that values integrity, performance, and people.

• Supervise and lead wire crews on residential new construction sites.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure installations meet NEC and company standards.
• Manage inspection processes and oversee punch‑list items across assigned neighborhoods.
• Perform occasional light punch work to finalize homes and ensure readiness.
• Coordinate project timelines, materials, and crew tasks with office staff and field team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout and after job completion.
• Serve as a primary field contact between site crews and office operations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in new residential construction wiring.
• Proficient in electrical codes and standards (NEC compliance).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, diligent, and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Previous field coordination or inspection experience.
• Comfortable with mobile technology or project tracking apps.
• Familiarity with the Wilmington/Leland NC residential development market.

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
