Archytes Overheidsprofessionals zoekt een ervaren toezichthouder bouw voor detachering bij gemeenten of omgevingsdiensten in Flevoland. Je controleert bouwwerken op veiligheid en regelgeving, stelt rapporten op en geeft deskundig advies aan handhavingspartners.
De functie vereist minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring, een MBO/HBO-diploma in Bouwkunde of Juridisch domein en ABW-1, ABW-2 is een pré. Een rijbewijs B is vereist; hybride werken is mogelijk.
