Triade Vitree levert zorg en ondersteuning in Flevoland en omliggende regio’s. Als Roosteradviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en bewaken van roosters, met aandacht voor verzuim en vakanties, zodat zorg continu verzekerd is.
Je werkt nauw samen met teams en het Bureau Personeelsplanning. Je hebt minimaal een mbo-4 diploma en relevante ervaring, bent communicatief sterk en bereid om te groeien in deze veranderende methodiek.
