U draagt bij aan psychiatrische zorg, onderwijs, interventies, diagnostiek en nazorg en ontwikkelt het behandelaanbod verder naar een forensisch centrum Jeugd. U werkt in een managementteam en bewaakt het budget en de bezetting.
