Director Global Supply Chain & Procurement

The Global Supply Chain & Procurement Director will partner with senior leadership on a global scale to build and implement a data driven end-to-end supply chain organization that helps the business to efficiently operate and grow. You will be responsible for a cost-effective flow of products from suppliers to customers.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading and directing all facets of the Supply Chain organization including supply chain management (strategy, S&OP, process review and technology efficiencies), logistics (including warehousing, inventory, transportation and environmental), procurement (both strategic sourcing and tactical purchasing) and contract management.

As Global Supply Chain & Procurement Director, you lead a global team of approx. 30 people in logistics and supply chain.

The prime focus is the reduction of working capital by an efficient design and management of the supply chain, from suppliers to customers. This includes an optimal procurement process, inventory management, S&OP process and efficient use of manufacturing capacity serving all regional sales companies and customers.
