• Be able to demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link selling skills to drive business.
• Have the ability to outfit-build for customers, recommend further products and drive store KPIs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and stay keen on current fashion and market trends.
• Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organization are addressed appropriately.
• Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment, especially around peak trade.

• Have previous experience within hospitality or retail.
• Be hardworking with strong communication skills.
• Have an interest in fashion and retail.
• Be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask under high pressure.
• Be passionate about driving sales using our digital platforms.
