Een organisatie in de publieke sector zoekt een ervaren Jeugdconsulent om een bijdrage te leveren aan de jeugdzorg. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving, waar je gezinnen ondersteunt en complexe zorgvragen behandelt. De functie vereist een HBO/WO-diploma in Jeugdzorg en relevante werkervaring.
