Triade Vitree in Lelystad zoekt een Begeleider LVB om persoonlijke ondersteuning te bieden aan cliënten in een veilige woonomgeving. De rol vereist een zorggerelateerd diploma en ervaring met deze doelgroep.
Je werkt vanuit de Triple C-methodiek en stelt de behoeften van de cliënt centraal. Naast individuele begeleiding bied je ook structuur en voorspelbaarheid in het dagelijkse leven.
In ruil voor jouw inzet ontvang je een salaris conform de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg met aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.
