Are you ready to make a difference? At Mercy, we’re looking for passionate Registered Nurses to join our Regional Float Pool on a part-time basis during night shifts. This is your chance to provide exceptional nursing care across multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region, supporting a diverse patient population in various units including ICU, ED, and Med/Surg.

• Location: Mercy Lincoln (Troy) and Surrounding Communities
• Department: Regional Float Pool
• Status: Part Time (24 hours per week)
• Shift: Nights

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract
• Competitive Pay: Base pay determined by experience, plus regional float pool perks and shift differentials ($2.75 for evenings, $4.60 for nights, $1.50 for weekends)

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients
• Float to various units, enhancing your clinical skills and experience
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to provide top-notch patient care

• Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg): Orthopedics, Trauma, Surgery, Oncology, Neuro
• Telemetry (Tele): Cardiac, Surgical, Medical
• Stepdown (SD): Medical, Surgical, Trauma, Neuro, Cardiac
• Intensive Care (ICU): CVICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU
• Emergency Department (ED): Fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Labor & Birth (L&D): Support new beginnings

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state
• Experience:
  • 1 year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg
  • 2 years of recent bedside RN experience for other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.)
• Certifications: BLS required; additional certifications based on specialty
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk most of the time, lift and turn patients with assistance
