Job Summary: Working out of our facility in the Lemoore, CA location or Lubbock, TX location. You will be responsible for the installation of projects in the region. Projects will be as dictated by our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with planner / scheduler & Fabrication Supervisors and Sales teams to ensure all parts & prints are ready for Installation.
  • Meet with customers to develop solutions to their current and potential problems.
  • Train the workforce in specialty Installation requirements.
  • Assist in hiring of local workforce for installation projects.
  • Ensure all employees are being trained to their highest standards.
  • Ensure safety standards are met, and regular safety training is administered.
  • Manage QC standards and implement improvements where needed.
  • Walking projects with new and existing customers.
Qualifications And Experience
  • A self-starter who is detail orientated
  • Have a clean driving record.
  • Be able to lift #50.
  • Be able to drive a forklift truck.
  • Be able to operate Scissor lifts and construction equipment needed to do field installation.
  • Understand and capable of reading Blueprints and P&.
  • Be computer literate.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S. based benefits package, including:
