Overview
Store Manager role at Panda Restaurant Group. Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from the Panda community.
You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It is your responsibility to make your store a success. An 8 or more weeks store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success.
Responsibilities- Manage the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates.
- Achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead store teams to ensure efficient, high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Participate in leadership training programs and apply learnings to drive store performance.

- Pay Range: $29 per hour - $32 per hour
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Food Safety:
Serve Safe certified
While performing duties, counters may be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted, and employees are generally required to remain standing for long periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counters. Kitchens can be hot and noisy; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts.
