We are an established CPA firm specializing in small business accounting, consulting, and individual and business tax preparation. We are seeking a full-time Accountant/Tax Preparer . Our firm thrives on referrals thanks to the personalized attention we provide each client. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements for approximately 20 small businesses.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations using Quick Books (Desktop and Online) and similar accounting programs.
- Handle data entry into Quick Books and similar accounting programs, make adjusting journal entries as needed.
- Process payroll and prepare quarterly/annual payroll tax filings.
- Prepare individual tax returns (Form 1040).
- Prepare business tax returns (Forms 1120, 1120S, and 1065).
- Schedule appointments and greet clients during tax season.
Position Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification with the ability to file tax returns.
- Experience with Quick Books (Desktop and Online).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in individual and business tax preparation.
- Friendly, energetic, and reliable demeanor.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $ per year including commissions and bonuses
