Auto Driveaway Truck Transport is a leading provider of heavy truck (Class 7 and Class
8) transport services along with boutique freight brokerage services. We move trucks, complex assets, and other freight using drivers in 49 states and parts of Canada for over 500 customers including OEM truck manufacturers, Fortune 500 companies, dealerships, and purchasers of new and used heavy trucks.

We are currently accepting resumes for a full‑time Accounting Specialist. The right candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fun, collaborative environment.

• Review documentation for accounts payable processing
• Verify rates for contractor payments and customer billing
• Prepare daily payments to contractors
• Maintain vendor records
• Perform daily imports for contractor advances and reconciliation
• Process documentation into imaging software
• Perform daily transfers to accounting software
• Data entry using Excel for fuel tax processing
• Communicate with vendors to obtain documents or resolve issues with submissions
• Enter vendor credits
• Report vendor issues or balances to other team members as needed
• Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required

• Minimum of a high school diploma; associate degree a plus
• Previous accounting experience in the service industry
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent verbal, written communication and organization skills
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft applications;
  Netsuite experience a plus
• Ability to manage time and workload and meet daily deadlines
• Quickly adapt to change and work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
