The firm serves a diverse portfolio of clients across industries and is looking for a Tax Manager (CPA) to lead engagements, guide staff, and contribute to the firm’s continued strategic growth.

- Lead and manage multiple tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, and high‑net‑worth individuals
- Provide strategic tax planning and compliance services
, identifying opportunities for savings and improved efficiency - Review complex returns and research technical tax issues to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted tax advisor
- Mentor, train, and develop staff members
- Stay current with evolving tax laws and advise clients proactively
- Support business development initiatives
, including new client opportunities and firm growth efforts
- Active CPA license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 4+ years of public accounting experience focused on tax
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid or remote environment
