Krucial Rapid Response is a non-profit corporation that is rapidly preparing, mobilizing, and deploying medical personnel and critical resources to communities across the United States. Our primary purpose is to provide critical support in the form of personnel and other assistance to under-resourced communities facing emergency situations.
Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for building a book of business for our organization and managing client relationships from discovery through placement of staff. The scope of business will be healthcare facilities locally and nationally. They will educate healthcare executives on the staffing solutions that the company offers, negotiate terms and contracts and be responsible for building existing relationships. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve revenue and long-term growth.
* The base salary range posted is an approximate range. The position is eligible to earn a multi-tired bonus program in addition to base salary. More information will be provided during the interview process.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Sourcing and prospecting for target accounts, leads, and contact information (lead generation)
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Maintain relationship with the client(s) and communicate around open orders/requisitions. This may include submittals of candidates, coordination of interviews, offers and onboarding process.
- Address any questions or concerns regarding working staff with client. Act as Liaison between client and Human Resources as needed for employee relations issues or resolutions/investigations.
- Keep abreast of trends in the industry and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and run sales presentations using Krucial Rapid Response marketing materials
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; add notes and activities to Pipedrive as you move through the sales cycle.
- Collaborating with sales team and leadership to secure, retain, and grow healthcare accounts
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years related experience in staffing agency sales preferably in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or other related profession.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and a team player
- Proficiency with enterprise tools and an aptitude for learning new systems
