Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Location: Lenexa, KS.

Handcrafted Wines is a family-owned and rapidly growing wine and spirits wholesaler headquartered in Lenexa, KS. We are looking for a smart, curious, and driven Operations / ERP Analyst to join our team.

This is a new, mid-level role that will sit at the intersection of systems and operations — helping us better leverage our ERP platform (Encompass), streamline our processes, and uncover meaningful insights from our data. If you enjoy solving problems, improving how things work, and working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of our Encompass ERP system — configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and user support.
• Analyze business operations and processes across departments, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for key operational and performance metrics.
• Lead or support special projects involving technology, process redesign, or data-driven decision making.
• Work closely with teams across sales, purchasing, warehouse/logistics, and finance to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Train team members on systems and tools, and serve as a go-to resource for ERP-related questions.
• This role reports directly to the COO.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems — Encompass experience is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in the wine & spirits distribution industry is a big plus.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data analysis/reporting tools.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’re comfortable working across departments and explaining technical ideas in plain language.
• A detail-oriented problem solver who takes initiative and follows through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
