Partner Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Partner Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide key support to Partner Support Managers (PSM), collaborating across multiple departments to ensure seamless operations. You will help maintain a positive work environment by consistently aligning with our organization’s mission, vision, and values. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop a wide range of skills, with the potential to transition into a full Partner Support Manager role as growth opportunities arise.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to partner support managers, demonstrating initiative and flexibility in various areas.
  • Collaborate with internal departments using written and verbal communication to meet partner and team needs.
  • Assist PSM team with execution of conversions when they arise.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day office operations, including maintaining records and documents, researching and compiling information for reports, and aiding partner visits.
  • Manage finance requests such as loss cases, billing determinations, distribution of invoices to partners, and collection/distribution of W‑9 forms.
  • Own smaller projects to support the overall PSM function, freeing up higher‑level strategic tasks for PSMs.
  • Regularly review and update partner‑facing materials (e.g., Partner Campus, Partner Newsletter, Basys University).
  • Assist PSM Lead with projects of varying complexity, planning, coordinating, and following up with contributors.
  • Join partner calls with PSM as needed.
  • Relay information throughout multiple departments as required.
  • Perform and resolve tasks within the given SLA.
  • Interface with employees at all levels and external customers, representing the company professionally at all times.
  • Learn and understand other departments at Basys.
  • Complete other assigned duties as requested.
Requirements
  • Eligible for a hybrid schedule; up to one day per week may be worked remotely.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, marketing, or other related fields (preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial institution, customer service, or related field (required).
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
