RDC/LDC Inventory Control Clerk IV/Lead – Lennox

Responsibilities

Under general supervision, you will:

  • Record and maintain control of all inventory items purchased and produced.
  • Compile records from ordering, shipping, and receiving materials.
  • Update computer systems to keep inventory records current.
  • Assess stock supply and reorder status, and prepare and verify requisitions of additional stock using appropriate forms or systems.
  • Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
  • Provide training and direction to other inventory control clerks as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Ability to follow procedures and train others.
  • Excellent record‑keeping skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of inventory processes and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly, non‑exempt – Starting pay range: $24.61 – $32.30
/hour. Pay may vary by geography, skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligible for overtime when working >40 hours per week or as required by state law.
